Here is a map from EPA’s website which shows all the States that have adopted the new Hazardous Waste Generator Improvement Rule.

Please keep in mind that if your State has not adopted the HWGIR, they will soon. It is required by EPA. Therefore, if your State has not adopted the HWGIR yet, you can get a jump ahead of your State by beginning to incorporate the changes in your waste management program.
